Darren & Ali have recently taken over “Big willies” and bring you a fully Qualified Traditional Butcher with over 20 years experience in the trade, with all the Traditional English cuts of meat.
We cure our own gammon, and now have shop cured bacon hocks and cooked Hams, Beef and Salt Beef. Hand made sausages using only the finest cuts of Pork, Lamb and Chicken.
Try our Burgers, made using the best quality Beef and Lamb or our own faggots using a traditional recipe from Somerset.
A Favorite is the tasty Chinese Spare Ribs which are great for the Barbeque or Oven cooking and with our newly imported marinades the choices of marinading any cut of meat are endless.
Homemade Savory Pies, Pork Pies, Sausage Rolls and Frozen Steak and Kidney Steam Puddings which are suitable for the microwave or hob.
A full variety of Cheeses all made in the West Country of England. Mature and Extra Mature Cheddar, Smoked Cheddar, Double Gloucester, Red Leicester.
Our new flavoured Cheddars: Pickled Onion, Sage & Onion, Sundried Tomato, Smoked Cheddar with Garlic Mustard, Garlic, Port Wine and last but not least Curry!!!
